Coming soon to TV CONFIDENTIAL: Actress, stunt woman, and Emmy Award nominee JANESHIA ADAMS-GINYARD (Black Panther, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier) on being the first woman to receive an individual Emmy nod in the brand new category of Outstanding Stunt Performance; how her work as a stunt performer is an extension of the actors for whom she doubles; and how an “I can do that” moment spurred her into becoming an stunt artist. Janeshia was recently nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Stunt Performance for her work in Lovecraft Country. This is the first year that the Academy has created the category of Outstanding Stunt Performance. While other stunt women were nominated this year as part of a team, Janeshia was the only stunt woman to receive a nomination as an individual. The Emmys air Sunday 9/19 on CBS

Coming soon to TV CONFIDENTIAL: The Reverend Steve Pieters on how he overcame two forms of cancer and a nearly fatal reaction to the experimental AIDS drug suramin in 1985 by developing his own wellness program (which included healthy dosages of I LOVE LUCY every day); how the fear and paranoia surrounding COVID-19 today is not unlike the stigma he faced in the 1980s when he was first diagnosed with HIV/AIDS; and how the television interview he gave to evangelist Tammy Faye Bakker in 1985 changed his life, and hers as well. Steve’s interview with Bakker is part of the backdrop of THE EYES OF TAMMY FAYE, a new film starring Jessica Chastain that opens nationally on Friday 9/17
