Synopsis. In Boston, mafia kingpin Mario Dracus (played by Frank de Kova) goes into hiding after the federal case against him results in a mistrial. Knowing that the New England syndicate has targeted Dracus for assassination, Erskine must locate the kingpin quickly and convince him to turn over state’s evidence before the mob strikes.
