    Synopsis. A video security camera puts Erskine and Colby on the trail of Perry Victor (Martin Sheen) and Shep Buford (Tim McIntire), two men who flee to Portland, Oregon after brazenly holding up a Philadelphia bank in the early morning hours. Victor and Buford plan a heist in Portland that could be worth nearly $500,000.
