    Original Airdate: Mar. 21, 1971

Synopsis. Erskine faces a peculiar challenge while probing the theft of $900,000 from the Citizens Bank of Denver—a daring heist masterminded by Eliot Fielding (played by Peter Haskell), a disgraced playboy who is determined to regain his fortune as part of a desperate attempt to win back his former fiancée, Allison Stuart (played by Mary Wilcox). Not only did Fielding assign aliases to his two accomplices, George Whelan and Roy Mills (Richard O’Brien, Albert Salmi), but he operated under one himself throughout the entire caper while also altering his physical appearance. That means that neither Whelan nor Mills knows for sure the true identity of their partner.
