    Original Airdate: Feb. 22, 1970

Synopsis. In New Orleans, the theft of more than $200,000 in electronics equipment puts Erskine on the trail of “The Dealer,” Barney Simms (played by Edward Binns), a notorious fence in Houston who also runs a successful, legitimate shipping company. Simms wants out of the racket, but New Orleans mob boss Frank Brokaw (played by Vincent Beck) refuses unless Simms helps him move a cargo of Isotto watches worth $750,000. To get a line on the operation, Colby poses as a shipping clerk with New Orleans Interstate Freight—the company that Brokaw hit in the previous heist. But when Colby nearly dies after his cover is blown, Erskine must also go undercover to prevent the hijacking.
