TVC 461.1: Ed welcomes Lynette Rice, editor at large for Entertainment Weekly, and author of “His Dark Places,” a new article that takes a fresh look at the circumstances surrounding the murder of Hogan’s Heroes star Bob Crane on June 29, 1978, a still unsolved mystery that has spawned five books, three investigations, the 2002 movie Auto Focus, and four decades of speculation. “His Dark Places” appears in the September issue of Entertainment Weekly and particularly focuses on how the aftermath of the case continues to impact Crane’s family and the community of Scottsdale, Arizona.
