    Synopsis. In Seattle, Walter Hazlett (played by Tim O’Connor), a notorious syndicate gambling figure who is on the run from both the mob and the FBI, hijacks a commercial flight headed to Florida and orders the pilot to take him to Cuba. Acting on the presumption that the plane has enough fuel to make it to Cuba nonstop, Erskine and Colby have just eight hours to apprehend Hazlett before he is out of U.S. jurisdiction.
