Synopsis. Erskine and Colby investigate an interstate mafia operation that blackmails stockbrokers into stealing certificates, then fencing the stocks as collateral for large bank loans. The probe leads our heroes to San Francisco, where mob lieutenant Aaron Taylor (played by Don Gordon) uses his girlfriend, Meredith Schader (played by Michele Carey), to rope in his latest mark.
