Coming soon to TV CONFIDENTIAL: Actor James DuMont on the legacy of his great-uncle, Allen DuMont, creator of the cathode ray tube (the picture tube that made TV sets possible) and the founder of the often forgotten but no less important DuMont Television Network; working alongside Danny McBride, John Goodman, and his son, Kelton DuMont, in the new HBO series THE RIGHTEOUS GEMSTONES; his collaborations with Ray Romano, Mark Wahlberg, and director Peter Berg; and the particular challenges an actor faces when playing either a person who actually existed or a character in a movie that is based on a novel. James DuMont will soon be seen in WONDERLAND, the upcoming Netflix feature starring Mark Wahlberg as Spenser, the iconic Boston private eye created by Robert B. Parker
