The Hollywood Museum blinks up a new exhibit honoring screen legend Barbara Eden that features the original costume that the actress wore on her iconic TV series, I Dream of Jeannie. Coming soon to TV CONFIDENTIAL: Gilligan’s Island star Dawn Wells on her recent road trip to Provo, Utah with Kathy Garver; filming the classic Western movie Winterhawk on location in Montana, and the appeal of Westerns in general; and why the simple values embodied by Mary Ann are as timely today as ever. The Hollywood Museum will honor Dawn Wells in September with a new lobby tribute that will also commemorate the fifty-fifth anniversary of the premiere of Gilligan’s Island. Meanwhile, Dawn’s book WHAT WOULD MARY ANN DO? A Guide to Life has been re-issued by Bear Manor Media and is now available both in paperback and as an eBook.
