Synopsis. In San Joaquin, California, Erskine’s probe of the beating of a harbor worker coincides with the efforts of mob cross John Norcross (played by Cameron Mitchell) to seize control of local harbor businesses. This episode was filmed on location in Jenner-by-the-Sea, a small coastal town in Sonoma County, Northern California that was also the old stomping ground of series star William Reynolds.
