This week’s program will include Part 2 of our conversation with Michael Bell, the prolific voice actor whose career in film and TV animation spans more than four decades and several hundred credits. Michael also has a long list of on-screen acting roles; we’ll ask him about some of those appearances, and more, when he joins us in our second hour.
Our first hour will include a return visit by Anna Wilding, the award-winning filmmaker, comedienne, and photographer who was also a member of the White House press corps during the last two years of the Obama Administration. Anna’s acclaimed exhibit of photographs from the Obama White House, Celebrate Hope, is now available as a limited edition fine art coffee table book, featuring select black and white and color images that promise to bring “The People’s House” into your own home.
Available both as a small book (8″ x 8″ size) and as a large book (16″ x 12″ size), both editions of Celebrate Hope are made with luxurious clear lucite hardcover, bound in black vegan leather, and are printed on thick high quality archival colorfast paper that will last for generations. The large book edition comes in a black luxury gift box with black satin ribbon.
Also this week: We will welcome Jarrad Hewett, the longtime voice of the Disney Channel and a voice you’ve heard on more than 2,000 commercials, including national ad campaigns for CocaCola and White Castle hamburgers. Jarrad Hewitt is also the epitome of what it means to be a survivor: He was diagnosed with agoraphobia, PTSD, and depression—all before the age of twenty-one. He has also overcome morbid obesity, massive debt, alcoholism, and addiction, all while growing up LGBTQ in the conservative Midwest. Then, one day, Jarrad discovered that he had the power within himself to change all of that—and he did. He lost 150 pounds, overcame his debt to create a seven-figure company, and became a USA Today best selling author in addition to his voice over career.
Jarrad’s latest book, The Answer IS Energy, shows you how to overcome any obstacle you may face by learning how to channel your own personal energy frequency. It also includes many examples from Jarrad’s own life story, including how he landed his first national ad campaign by practicing an exercise he learned from actress and teacher Dee Wallace. Jarrad Hewett will join us in our second hour.
