Coming soon to TV CONFIDENTIAL: JAMES ROSIN, actor, author, and the publisher of Classic TV Series Books, on the tremendous responsibility that actor NEHEMIAH PERSOFF always took to both his craft (whether performing for film, TV, or the stage) and to the Jewish people, all throughout his life and career, and how Persoff created a new career for himself as a painter and sketch artist over the past three decades. Jim has just published Nick’s memoirs, THE MANY FACES OF NEHEMIAH, a few weeks after Persoff celebrated his 102nd birthday. via Classic TV Series Books: Renowned character actor NEHEMIAH PERSOFF reflects on his early childhood in Jerusalem, his journey to America during the Great Depression, his work as a technician in the New York subway prior to becoming an actor, and his remarkable transition to Broadway in THE MANY FACES OF NEHEMIAH, the story of his life and career. Persoff’s memoirs reveal with poignancy and humor his cultural and ethical clash with Broadway, Hollywood, and the price he paid in human terms for his success as an actor. THE MANY FACES OF NEHEMIAH by Nehemiah Persoff is available at ClassicTVSeriesBooks.com, Amazon.com, and wherever books are sold online. JAMES ROSIN, Persoff’s cousin and the publisher of THE MANY FACES OF NEHEMIAH, will have copies of the book available this weekend at the Mid-Atlantic Nostalgia Convention, Thursday 8/19 thru Saturday 8/21 in Hunt Valley, Maryland
