    Synopsis. In Portland, Oregon, a recently laid-off aerospace engineer (played by Ed Nelson) agrees to help Vernon Speer, an FBI Ten Most Wanted fugitive, rob the Portland National Bank of $38,000 in the hope of making some quick cashonly to find himself double-crossed when Speer takes off with all of the money after the two men switch cars. While Erskine and Colby track down Speer, the engineer plots a million-dollar-heist of his own in Seattle, Washington.
